Account Supervisor

Serves as a primary, daily point of client contact and will maintain focus on project timelines, resources, risks, issues, and activities to ensure that quality deliverables are created and completed on schedule as defined by Statements of Work. Establish effective working processes and to develop strong trust based relationships with both the client and agency team members.


  • Understands the client’s business in order to anticipate the client’s advertising, marketing and media needs to help grow the client/agency
  • Works with the integrated team to develop and execute online and offline communications programs
  • Responsible for ensuring all activities are executed according to the established budget and timelines – monitor of each department to ensure timelines, expectations are met
  • Ability to work cross functionally with account, media, creative and production team members
  • Manage estimate process and ensuring client signoff prior to work beginning
  • Create estimates including external vendor costs, be able to anticipate for expected and unexpected costs
  • Manage all aspects of digital & integrated campaigns from briefing, to execution and post analysis
  • Liaise with client to ensure expectations are managed and met – marketing clients, digital/CRM clients – build trust of key clients
  • Ensure contact reports are issued after each meeting (24 hours)
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google ad words and relevant social media platforms
  • Bring forth digital research trends to account team, creative, and clients as appropriate
  • Maintains confidentiality while working closely with client regarding all aspects of campaigns and projects
  • Responsible for brand projects
  • Execute quality assurance checks across all steps through every project
  • Create content for key Social Media Platforms
  • Write Scope of Work documents for projects, RFPs, Quotes for Vendors
  • Provide Social Media Competitive Analysis Reports and Track Other Automotive Category Best Practices in Social Media, Digital Marketing
  • Coordinate, manage all Social Media content including posting reviews/approvals and implementation across client departments such as Marketing, Customer Care, Events, Auto Shows, Public Relations, Retail Marketing, Sales, Aftersales & Parts

Skills and Behaviour

  • Solid understanding of the online space; technical experience an asset
  • Experience in Quality Assurance across devices, platforms, browsers and proofreading in English
  • Working knowledge of (programming languages necessary?)
  • Experience in executing display, search, email programs and reporting
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Native user of and proven experience social media and mobile platforms
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative thinker
  • Ability to multi- task, several projects at one time
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization and knowledge in how to manipulate copy, meta tags, keywords etc.
  • Experience building and managing microsites/websites (desktop, mobile, Responsive Design)
  • Experience with YouTube Channel Optimization
  • Experience in Social Media Content Management/Editorial Calendar Development & Management
  • Continually drive for results and highest quality standards
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail


  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a client service role in an agency, ideally in the Automotive category
  • Strong understanding and experience with digital media buys
  • Post-secondary education in marketing/advertising an asset
  • Automotive account services experience an asset
  • Experienced working with Google Analytics and Google ad words

We are looking for a junior Designer to design ongoing automotive dealer promotional assets (banners, carousel graphics, web pages, email headers, print ads, in-store displays and videos) as well as automotive marketing products and their associated marketing material for Dashboard and our Dealer Client list. Work in a very fast paced and exciting environment of people who work hard as as team. You will work hand in hand with a team of forward thinkers including art directors, UX designers, developers, customer experience experts, industry leading strategists, marketing teams and sales staff. Ideal candidate will be able to take the lead quickly and learn on their feet in an ever-changing environment. We want someone who will challenge themselves and our clients to make premium designed assets quickly and efficiently.

  • Strength in digital/vector illustration

  • Proactive in bringing new ideas, strategies, and designs forward
  • Interest/experience in UX & UI Design, including wireframing and information architecture
